• What Is VoIP?
  
  Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology and a set of applications which allows you to make phone calls over a Broadband Internet connection. VoIP is also referred to as IP Telephony, Internet Telephony, or Broadband Phone.
  How Does VoIP Work?
  
  In its simplest terms, VoIP is the process of breaking up voice/audio into small chunks (or packets) of data, compressing the chunks, transmitting those chunks over an IP network (e.g. the internet), and reassembling those chunks at the receiving end, so that two people can communicate using voice/audio.
  How Good Is VoIP Call Quality?
  
  VoIP call quality has been increasing over the last few years, and is now at the stage of being as good as, if not better than regular landline voice quality. Also, VoIP call quality primarily depends on the speed of your Internet connection and Voice internet protocol provider. A Broadband connection is ideal for VoIP, and most Internet users have or will shortly be upgrading to this type of connection.
  Do you have voice conversations recorded at the call centres?
  
  Yes, every voice call is recorded and stored on our dedicated servers for one month, if you are a client of Answer Services we give you access on request.
  Can I get a free trial of the short message answer service?

  Trial- We answer your calls 5 times and send to your email address. The free trial terminates within the 24 hours.
  I notice you do not have a physical address for you and your call centre, why is that?
  
  Answer Services is a virtual operator like many other Internet companies. There is no need to lease commercial premises; however the call centres are not virtual. The call centres are contracted to Answer Services and it’s in the contractor's agreement to keep information about who the call centre is and where they are strictly confidential.
  I have heard many bad things about offshore call centres?
  
  Yes we understand and we agree. Many hours of market research have been undertaken on offshore call centres and honestly it’s very hard to find a good call centre that offers professional services for reasonable cost.
